Shipping policy
At Absolute Division, we are committed to ensuring that your equipment reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. We work exclusively with DHL to guarantee high-quality shipping service worldwide.
ORDER PROCESSING
Processing: All orders placed on business days before 2:00 p.m. (CET) are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will be processed the next business day.
Tracking: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your DHL tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment at any time.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery times listed are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and circumstances beyond our control.
Mainland Spain: Shipping cost of €7.99; free shipping on orders of €90 or more; estimated delivery time 24–48 hours (including Ceuta and Melilla).
Balearic Islands: shipping cost of 8.99 €, free shipping on orders of 90 € or more, estimated delivery time 2–3 business days.
Canary Islands: shipping cost of 19.99 €, free shipping on orders of 190 € or more, estimated delivery time 2–3 business days.
Portugal: Shipping cost of 21.99 €, free shipping on orders of 200 € or more, estimated delivery time 2–3 business days.
Andorra: Shipping cost of 15.99 €, free shipping on orders of 150 € or more, estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.
EU Zone 2: (FR, VA, IT, MC) Shipping cost: €21.99; free shipping on orders of €200 or more; estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.
EU Zone 3: (BE, DE, LU, NL) Shipping cost of €21.99; free shipping on orders of €200 or more; estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.
EU Zone 4: (AT, BG, HR, CZ, DK, EE, FI, GR, HU, IE, LV, LT, PL, RO, SK, SI, SE) Shipping cost: €23.99; free shipping on orders of €210 or more; estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.
EU Zones 5 and 6: (AL, BA, LI, MT, ME, MK, NO, SM, RS, CH, TR) Shipping cost of 29.99 €, free shipping on orders of 250 € or more, estimated delivery time 2–3 business days.
Rest of the World: Shipping cost of €39.99; free shipping on orders of €400 or more; estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Customs and taxes: For shipments outside the European Union, the customer will be responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply in the destination country. If the customer refuses the package or fails to pay these customs charges, Absolute Division will not assume any costs nor will it issue a refund for the purchase price or shipping fees.
