The purpose of this website is the commercialization of technical equipment for the practice of jiu-jitsu and grappling. Browsing this website grants the status of user and implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The owner is the proprietor or holds the corresponding licenses for all intellectual and industrial property rights of this website. Total or partial reproduction, distribution, or modification of the contents is prohibited without express written authorization.
LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the interpretation or execution of these conditions, the courts and tribunals that are competent according to applicable legislation shall have jurisdiction.
PURCHASE AND SHIPPING PROCESS
The prices indicated on the products include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before finalizing the purchase. The contract is perfected at the moment the order payment is made.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Users have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need for justification and without penalty.
Procedure: To exercise this right, the user must notify their decision by sending an email to info@absolutedivision.com with the order number.
Refund: The refund of the amount will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, once the condition of the items has been verified. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and with their original packaging.
WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity in force in the European Union (3 years from delivery). The warranty covers any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product and that manifests itself within the established legal period.
The warranty does not cover:
Defects or deterioration due to external factors, accidents (falls, impacts, cuts), or improper use of the product, contrary to the maintenance or usage instructions indicated by the manufacturer.
Natural wear and tear derived from the technical nature of the product or intensive use exceeding the provided maintenance recommendations.
Manipulations, repairs, or modifications carried out by persons outside the official technical service.
